Feeling Blessed

Just a quick update to let you know that I'm doing fine. Everything went flawlessly yesterday. Today I'm feeling OK (not great, but OK). Richard is taking the kids out for some active fun this morning in the hopes of wearing them out really well. Then he'll head off to work at lunchtime and hopefully I can handle the rest of the day with lots of TV and an easy dinner.

I feel that this situation, as bad as it was, really happened in the best possible way. I'm glad I figured out what was going on before my trip to Utah. I'm glad I had the trip planned. I'm glad I went. I'm glad I had that time to emotionally deal with it. I'm glad the D&C was scheduled for so soon after my return. I'm glad there were no problems with the surgery. I'm glad so many friends were able to help. I'm glad I have supportive family and friends.

We're very happy to hear that. We took you as our family project - for a while now (my girls like to take turns -fight over it, actually- to pray for Aunt Liz's daughter and her baby in heaven. I think we need to gear up in the other direction now - ASK for another sweet sibling for Niyumi (Naomi in Rachel's world) :)

again, great perspective.

i agree with clyde--now it's time to start thinking about the next baby you'll be working on--that your body will be ready.

you know, we tried really hard for Roscoe and Logan to be 2 years apart, and now we're very glad they're 2 1/2 years apart (an extra year between them in school, never in the same priesthood quorum). maybe someday you'll look back and see why this delay was a blessing.

I'm glad you are doing good. Now lets try to get pregnant at the same time, and both have boys, wouldn't that be fun?
