If you put Sprite in a sippy-cup. eventually it will start kinda spitting out the top in little splurts. Then, a minute later, you'll have a fountain. Or a water gun.
And then you'll have to mop the kitchen floor.

Very interesting. Did you put the lid on immediately after pouring?
my brother does this on purpose - he puts his finger over the spout, shakes it, and then releases the spout in his kids mouth. it is actually hysterical.
i've learned this one the hard way myself.
flat pop is fine though. :)
